UPDATE:Unbiggerized the skin,now 86%smaller.Added vertical toolbar support.Static throbber.New buttons.Margin fixes.
If you already have this,please uninstall before downloading.
Windowblinds installs all new WB's as compressed folders on my pc(not sure if this is a default behavior),so I noticed the shutdown\logoff graphics will not display correctly til you decompress the folder after installing the skin.
